What we collect
This is a static informational website. We do not run user accounts, contact forms, cookies, advertising, or cross-site tracking. We do not collect personal data through the site itself.
Hosting and logs
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process technical data such as IP addresses and request metadata as a processor on our behalf, for security and content delivery purposes. Cloudflare may store such data outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, collects only aggregated metrics (page views, country, referrer), and does not identify individuals or fingerprint devices.
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) in handling inbound communications. We retain such correspondence for up to 36 months from the last interaction, in line with applicable Romanian record-keeping practices, after which it is deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent) and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
